How to use

• Take a starting tooth colour by using the shade guide in the kit

• Give your teeth a good clean by brushing with Dr M’s selection of toothbrushes and Whitening toothpaste to help remove plaque build up so you're ready to whiten.

• Open the tooth whitening pod by twisting the cap. Apply half the gel to the top teeth then the other half to the bottom

• Place the mouthpiece into your mouth and then press the power button to start the treatment.

• The treatment takes 10 minutes

• Spit and rinse after use

• Clean the LED mouthpiece with running water

• Compare the results on the tooth colour shade guide

• Repeat if required at a later stage

• Try to avoid things that can stain the teeth such as tea, coffee, red wine, cigarettes, cigars and food colouring.
