How to use
Take a starting tooth colour by using the shade guide in the kit
Give your teeth a good clean by brushing with Dr M’s selection of toothbrushes and Whitening toothpaste to help remove plaque build up so you're ready to whiten.
Open the tooth whitening pod by twisting the cap. Apply half the gel to the top teeth then the other half to the bottom
Place the mouthpiece into your mouth and then press the power button to start the treatment. 
The treatment takes 10 minutes
Spit and rinse after use
Clean the LED mouthpiece with running water
Compare the results on the tooth colour shade guide 
Repeat if required at a later stage
Try to avoid things that can stain the teeth such as tea, coffee, red wine, cigarettes, cigars and food colouring.
