How to use-
Step 1- Apply a pea sized amount to your toothbrush.
Step 2- Brush as you normally would with a regular toothpaste for 2 minutes; avoid excessive overbrushing.
Step 3- Rinse your mouth with clean water after brushing.
Step 5- Usage frequency- First 28 days twice a day, next 28 days once a day
Step 6- It is advised to continue with brushing your teeth normally and avoiding excessive overbrushing.
