How to use
Step 1- Apply a pea sized amount to your toothbrush.
Step 2- Brush as you normally would with a regular toothpaste for 2 minutes avoid excessive overbrushing.
Step 3- Rinse your mouth with clean water after brushing.
Step 4- It is advised to continue with brushing your teeth normally and avoiding excessive overbrushing.
